Our Wagyu Picanha is cut from our 100 % Full-Blood Black Wagyu cattle, carefully raised on our farm in Paarl, South Africa. This prized Brazilian-style rump cap is known for its rich beef flavour, tender texture, and signature fat cap that crisps up beautifully when cooked – elevated even further by the intense marbling of premium Wagyu beef.
