Our Wagyu Biltong is made from 100 % Full-Blood Black Wagyu beef, ethically raised on our farm in Paarl, South Africa. With its rich marbling and tender texture, this is biltong like you’ve never tasted before – deeply savoury, naturally juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth soft.
Crafted in small batches using traditional methods, our Wagyu Biltong is lightly seasoned to let the full flavour of the beef shine. It’s the ultimate upgrade to a South African classic.
