Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At The Wagyu Experience (“we,” “our,” “us”), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Perishable food items cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
  • Any item that is returned in a condition different from its original state may not qualify for a refund.
  1. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, please contact us at manager@thewagyu.co.za with your order details and reason for the request.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at manager@thewagyu.co.za
  1. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at manager@thewagyu.co.za
  1. Shipping Returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.
